UK Document Services are an independent organisation who offer an online service for ordering a variety of certified and legal documents. It’s quick, easy and secure. We are an experienced team of researchers who supply:

  • UK Birth, Marriage & Death Certificates
    The search and location of historical records to obtain replacement certificates promptly. Certificates supplied are full or long form certificates which are certified legal copies, unabridged and suitable for official purposes such as Passports, Pensions, Visas and Pre-Work checks
  • Divorce Certificates
    The search and location of replacement divorce certificates promptly. You will receive a legal copy of a Decree Absolute, suitable for official purposes. This is also referred to as a Decree Absolute, Divorce Certificate, Divorce Affidavit, Legal Decree, or Divorce Absolute.

    For UK divorces started before 31 December 2020 and being registered in the EU, we can also obtain a certified Article 39 Certificate (D180 Form), reviewed, stamped and signed by a judge.

  • Apostille Services
    If you know your document needs to be legalised or requires an Apostille stamp we can help you with this
  • Deed Polls
    We will correctly prepare and issue a Deed Poll for you on a sealed letterhead

If you are unsure of all the details for your certificate, this is not a problem. We will do our best with the information you have to locate the record and will confirm the details with you before proceeding. If you decide not to proceed, we will issue you a full refund.
